A deposit of 25% to be sent to owner will secure you booking and the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A breakages deposit of 200 euros to be handed to our agent on site, this will be returned upon departure. Any additional cleaning and bed changing charges to be dealt with on site.
Note; Payment in full at deposit stage is acceptable, in the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your booking following our receipt of your deposit cheque only the 25% will be used in the cancellation calculations as below the remainder will be returned in full.

A small basic complementary food hamper will be provided on arrival. Should you require any special requirements this information should reach us at least 1week in advance of your arrival.
Persons entering Casa Aurelio do so entirely at there own risk and the owners cannot be held responsible for any injury to persons and damage to personnel belongings incurred inside or outside the house during the stay. Children using the pool must be supervised at all times.
Casa Aurelio is protected by buildings and major contents cover. The client will be responsible for their own holiday insurance during the stay.
Casa Aurelio is a non-smoking farmhouse and not suitable for children under 2, or the disabled.
The key holder Julie Hicks will help you with any emergencies you may have, the information pack on site contains some vital phone numbers should you require assistance.
Casa Aurelio sits in approx 2 acres of farm land, whilst every effort has been made to ensure the adjacent area to the house is of a standard for general activities, out side this the land remains in a rustic state, adults and children venturing to these areas do so entirely at their own risk.
Central heating will be charged extra over the rental cost and paid for on site upon departure at 10 euros per day.
